Come and join our weekly fitness mash up class, designed to target all areas of fitness.
The weekly classes will include elements of Zumba, Circuits Body Conditioning, as well as strength and flexibility.
The class is suitable for all ages and abilities so come along, give it a go, and most importantly have some FUN!
