Are you looking for a fun and enjoyable class to help you to improve your fitness and lose weight?
We have a new and exciting FEMALE ONLY exercise class that runs every Tuesday evening 17.30 – 18.30 pm and only £1 per class.
Come and join our weekly fitness mash up class, designed to target all areas of fitness. The weekly classes will include elements of Zumba, Circuits, Body Conditioning, as well as strength and flexibility. The class is suitable for all abilities so come along, give it a go, and most importantly have some FUN!!
